Why one company does three things.
Exclusive Homes LLC is a U.S. Virgin Islands limited liability company, founded and based in St. Thomas. It works in software and mobile app development, real estate and business consulting, and property photography and video, serving clients on St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix.
Software is where most of the company’s development effort goes. ModernaView came out of the everyday work of preparing property images, and We Move VI came from life in the islands, where finding a game, a group, or an activity often depends on knowing the right person. Both products are designed, built, and supported from St. Thomas.
The consulting work started with the questions owners and investors kept asking: what running a home on island actually involves, what a renovation takes here, and how one neighborhood compares with another. Answering them well meant spending time at properties across the territory.
That led naturally to photography and video. Good property media depends on the same close attention that good analysis does: understanding the site, the light, the view, and what makes a place distinct.
Today the company operates three lines of work under one name: software, consulting, and property media. Each one makes the others better.

Founder, Exclusive Homes LLC
John Attias founded Exclusive Homes LLC in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and leads all three parts of the business. John directs the company’s consulting engagements, oversees its photography and video production, and guides the design and development of its software products, We Move VI and ModernaView.
John’s work centers on the practical realities of property and business in the territory: how homes are built and maintained on island, what makes projects succeed or stall, and how to present a property honestly and well. That same perspective shapes the company’s software, which is built to solve problems seen first-hand in the Virgin Islands.
